How does the yearly plan work? Does it renew automatically?
No — you buy a term once and nothing is ever charged automatically. Access runs to the end date shown in the app, then stops until you buy again. If you bought as a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw for a full refund; after that a term isn't refunded.
Can I try before buying?
Yes — start a free trial of everything, no credit card. When it ends, buy the module you need (PDF Pro or Suite).
How does licensing work across PCs?
One licence is tied to your business and activates the number of PCs your plan allows. You can log out a device to free a seat at any time, or buy extra seats.
What happens if I change modules partway through the year?
You can add a module anytime (e.g. Invoicing mid-year) — it starts its own renewal clock, independent of any modules already active on your licence.
